As busy working parents, Caitlin and Kathleen understand the daily challenges of self-care so they created Live Light Practice as a way to bring self-care to you. Through yoga, breath work, sound bath and meditation, Live Light Practice will guide you through a class or sound experience where you will feel both energized and relaxed. We believe in the transformative power of sound, movement and mindfulness, and we are committed to help you find balance in your busy life. Our offerings can be in the workplace, virtual or a group event hosted by you in your own space.

Caitlin has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and teaching for 10+ years. She is certified in sound healing and a Reiki II practitioner. Caitlin has run several yoga teacher trainings, workshops and is a mentor to many. Caitlin is a former lululemon Ambassador and was voted Best Yoga Instructor on the Main Line 2023! When she isn't teaching, you'll find her with her husband and two kids!
Kathleen has been teaching yoga for over 6 years and certified in sound healing, meditation and a Reiki II practitioner. Kathleen has facilitated retreats and workshops, and teaches with a strong focus on the power of visualization and positivity. When she's not teaching, Kathleen spends time with her husband, two daughters and their two rescue pups!
